Beginning on Friday, July 21 at 3 p.m., Route 6 in Cortlandt at Roa Hook Road will be reduced to a single lane, according to the New York State Department of Transportation.
Alternating traffic will be let through the single open lane by a temporary traffic signal, officials said.
Transportation officials did not say how long the lane reduction would last. The closure is to facilitate construction work.
